Silvertrader,

Don't get me wrong. I know past performance isn't indicative of future performance. I am in no way going to start cherrypicking trades. I've taken every trade that has come out if my money mangement allowed which till this point it has. It's just looking back at the performance chart, that Eur/Chf has been a dead horse, but like you said that pair could turn into one of the top performers. Thanks for everything

Paul,

You shouldn't extrapolate past results into the future, it can be misleading. Maybe EURCHF will be the best performing pair next year, you can never know that in advance. It is an interesting observation though, that this pair has performed so weakly indeed since the very beginning. However, I think the reason of the current total failure in regard of this pair is something different, namely that this pattern was knew and therefore unknown for our system, as I mentioned before. We'll analyse it and modify the pattern recognition algorithm accordingly. Summa summarum, I don't think its a good idea if you start cherrypicking signals.

All the Eur/Chf positions have hit their stop loss. Don't think I'll be taking anymore Eur/Chf trades as on the performance page since 2008 it's only made 2704 pips. Well it's less now since all the positions closed for a total of -1500 pips. At least woke up this morning to find I was up over 6000 pips, so feel better. Thanks

EURCHF Stop Loss taken here :(

Looks like both Eur/Chf positions are going to hit stop loss as well as a Gbp/Usd position. I'm assuming by the time I wake in the morning some will be hit. Really not liking the Chf pairs right now. On an up note, back up over 3000 pips. Lets see it go a lot higher.

fmonera,

There are actually a few positions getting close to the stop loss. Eur/Chf, Usd/Chf and Gbp/Usd. This month has been really tough to trade.

My last two EURCHF positions are about to reach Stop Loss (less than 50 pips).

The other Eur/Chf trade got closed out. That means so far this month, there is a loss of 1500 pips. Hopefully, the rest of the trades will start to turn around for us and 1500 pips is not something to take lightly. Still positive for the month but with all the trades still anything can happen.

Beyond the loss, this is a very interesting pattern that occurred in EURAUD, EURCAD and EURCHF. We'll have to program it into the system, this is something new. Although EURAUD and EURCAD are different so far, as the support levels have held, but EURCHF has really broken down every possible support levels. On the other hand this may be just a final panic long covering, we'll know more after today's close.

It's getting ready to close another one out. So far I think this one has lost 900 pips if this other one closes and looks like it will.
